I’ve used several self storage options around Adelaide, and Self Storage Australia has been by far the most helpful and agreeable of all of them. They have been responsive and quick to help me out with moving to larger or smaller units when our company needs changed. Always sent me a message when we had deliveries arrive. Never hesitated to jump behind the forklift to give me a hand moving stock around and were endlessly patient when I had pallets of stock waiting to be picked up on the loading dock.I’ve been really happy with everyone of the staff who have been very kind and helpful.

After having a quite traumatic experience with u-store it at Parahills, meeting the ladies here was truly such a relief. Most times when you are needing storage it's a pretty stressful experience, whether it's because you can't find a house or are packing to move away, but these ladies made it such an easy experience.10/10 will store again. Well hopefully not. But if I have to it will be here haha

I’ve had a few units now for almost 3 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The venue is clean and the security is good, both driveway and inner storage is good and everything is super simple to do.One negative would be CCTV, although it’s ok I would have at least 5 more external to cover some blind spots. But coming from a security background I like everything covered lol

Holden Hill SSA was a great storage solution during my divorce. I found the whole process from consulting, to renting, to maintaining a storage unit, completely stress freeand reasonably priced.I rented the unit for over 12 months and never had any issues.Would rent there again.

Be ok if anybody actually was there for parcel pick up , instead they just leave a " back in 30 minutes" sign on the door and disappear for over an hour , now i can't get my parcel till Tuesday it's a long weekend and these clowns decided to leave work 2 hours early . Avoid this place as a parcel pick up point

Grossly negligent owners. Caused over $20,000 in damages only to mess me around for months only to refuse to do anything to put right what was caused by their negligence. The owners simply do not care about the customers or their items, just their money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone even store their trash here.

I live and work overseas. Stored my life's possessions (as well as my parents/grandparents - the only things I have after they died) along with personal collections from working around the world past 15 years (at a cost of approx $15K). Despite paying my storage unit for more than 10 years, SSA auctioned my belongings with no notice after my credit card was skimmed overseas and the payments were not processed for 2 months (a simple phone call or email, I could have provided a new card no.). To auction a person's life, with no notice is criminal. The emotional impact of trusting a company for more than 10 years to store precious memories, jewellery and a lifetime, cannot be put into words.
